We will introduce points for cost reduction through bending processing. In the bending processing of sheet metal parts, a bending machine is used, which clamps the sheet between the upper yoke and the lower die. If the groove of the die interferes with taps or holes, it can cause deformation, necessitating corrections in subsequent processes, which leads to increased costs. Therefore, by using a die with a narrow groove, we take measures to prevent interference with taps or holes.
